Handmade to Order Products
We do not accept refunds or returns for handmade-to-order items, as each piece is crafted specifically for you. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
Shop Products
For items purchased directly from our shop (non-custom products), we are happy to offer a refund provided that:
- The product is as new
- It is returned in its original packaging
- It has not been used or damaged
Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Experience Boxes
Refunds for Experience Boxes are only accepted if:
- The box is unopened,
- Paints and sponges have not been used, and
- Fabric remains unprinted and unused.
Returns Process
To request a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return your item safely. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
